5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds. Which games count toward meeting the wagering requirement and the contribution percentage of each can be confirmed with the support team.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specific validity period.

joyana's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

8.2 VIP Tier Change Conditions
